Japan - 2023
As an avid fan of the Pokemon Trading Card game, the #1 country on my list of places to visit for the entirety of my life up to this point was Japan. So when it was announced that the Pokemon World Championships were going to be held in Japan, I knew I had to go. Even though I didn’t play competitive pokemon during this time, I could still go and attend the world championships, be in Japan with several of my best friends, and experience an amazing culture and country.
